National Engineers Week

National Engineers Week is February 22-28, 2026

National Engineers Week (February 22-28, 2026) celebrates and promotes the field of engineering by raising awareness about the contributions of engineers to society and to inspire the next generation of engineers. During "EWeek", a wide range of activities and events are held across the country to engage students, educators, and the general public in learning about engineering and its impact on our daily lives.

ACEC Indiana celebrates "EWeek" by conducting classroom visits! Indiana-based volunteers in the civil engineering profession speak at elementary, middle and high schools across the State of Indiana. Our volunteers share experiences from their careers, describe what civil engineers do on a day-to-day basis and how their work impacts the world.
