Mentor Protégé Program
ACEC Indiana is accepting applications from its full membership (regular and associate firms) to participate as Protégés and Mentors. This Program is exclusive to ACEC Indiana members ONLY.
Protégés are defined as smaller and developing engineering and associate member firms with fewer than 26 FTEs seeking to enhance the performance of their business.
Mentors are defined as larger (26 or more FTEs) and established engineering and associate member firms willing to commit time to help smaller firms achieve their growth potential.
Program Objectives
Establish a mentoring program that pairs technically competent member firms (protégés) with medium to large member firms (mentors).
Enhance engineering firm’s operations in the following scope:
- Accounting/Finance
- Human Resources
- Information Technology
- Legal/Contract Issues
- Marketing & Business Development
