Engineering Excellence Awards Call For Entries
2026 Call for Entries will open Monday, Sept. 1, 2025.
The Engineering Excellence Awards recognize exceptional ideas and innovations in engineering by showcasing your successful projects to a statewide audience of clients, industry leaders, legislators and other decision makers. The awards also Increase public knowledge and enhances the image of consulting engineers.
Reasons to participate:
- Highlights the value and importance of professional engineers to our state’s legislators.
- Provides invaluable public relations and marketing opportunities including a 30-60 second project video.
- Gives you an opportunity to recognize clients and partners with awards and publicity.
- Award recipients are recognized at the ACEC Indiana Annual Awards Ceremony, through newsletters sent to more than 1,200 local officials throughout the state, in ACEC Indiana’s newsletters, social media and in the Engineering Excellence Awards section of the ACEC Indiana website.
Entry into this competition assists your marketing efforts and augments your firm’s business development program. Past recipients have reported the recognition received highlighted the value of the project to clients and the community.
All projects will be submitted electronically through an online portal. This site allows you to work on an entry over time.

EEA project entries are viewed annually by a distinguished panel of judges based on uniqueness and originality, technical value to the engineering profession, social and economic considerations, and complexity. Each judge is selected by ACEC Indiana staff and are not affiliated with any projects that are submitted.
