Beth Bauer, CAE
Executive Director

As Executive Director, Beth plans, formulates and recommends to the Board of Directors policies and programs which will further the objectives of the association; manages the administrative operations of the association, maintains effective relationships with public and private organizations to ensure the interest of the association is realized; and develops and coordinates legislative, regulatory and political efforts and maintains relationships with government officials and agencies impacting the industry.

Beth is the staff liaison to the following committees: CEG, Environmental Business, Funding Sources, Government Affairs, INDOT, Indy DPW, and Vertical.


Colleen Torres
Deputy Executive Director

As Director of Member Services, Colleen manages the planning of events, luncheons, seminars and conferences; organizes the Engineering Leadership Program; coordinates annual award programs and golf outing; communicates with current and prospective members and maintains database and online content.

Colleen is the staff liaison to the following committees: Diversity, IDNR, QBS, Vertical and Workforce Development.


Shelby Dunn
Membership and Communications Coordinator

As Membership and Communications Coordinator, Shelby assists with the development and coordination of marketing/ communication of ACEC IN events, conferences, workshops, industry initiatives and agendas via the website, newsletters and other online platforms. Shelby also assists with event coordination as well as collaboration with members on membership retention and recruitment efforts and resources. 

Shelby is the staff liaison to the following committees: Education and Membership Engagement.
